Projects incubator

The projects incubator is a structure aiming at receiving and office guiding projects in terms of formation, advising and funding any student who bears a job-creation project. The incubator project represents a road to founding a company from &lquo;a new born idea to the business launching&rquo;.

Registering and accessing: The projects incubator receives a projector an idea initially submitted by its bearer or holder for the first time The incubator guide shall interview and note down the credentials or personal details of the project bearer then, the project is sealed “received”.

Guiding: The project incubator guides the project bearer all along his approach and helps the latter (bearer) to formalize the project, to conduct the feasibility study to seeking partners funding and initiates the company founding management. The project is then sealed “incubated”.

Founding company : The incubator excites the project bearer to work his idea becomes true. The business now exists; it is eligible and expected on the ground of launching his operating activities. Then the project is sealed “realized”.

1. ESGAE is involved in team initiative; projects introduced by a clutch of students offer more credibility to get a financial allowance support.
2. The retained, selected projects are submitted to a follow-up committee for projects assessment(FCFPA) composed of professional and researchers’ teachers.
3. The projects submitted to FCFPA.
4. The FCFPA helps setting up a business plan as the road to the project feasibility (market research, technical economic and financial studies.).
5. To cushion students initiatives, ESGAE accepts to, stand surety for them, facilitate the contact between the projects holder (bearer) and the funding institutions.
6. In case of effective establishment and launching of the company operating activities, the method for setting the administrative organization, the management procedures of accounting and the red tape, the accounts and the financial situation of the enterprise.
