The ‘’ Revue Congolaise De Gestion’’ is a semestrial publication that ESGAE provides.
This review of management plays a key role in the higher education system as it is a priority for ESGAE.
The review publishes articles that cover, broadly, the complex area of organizations and in particular, these articles analyze the key issues raised on the management and other themes related.
The articles shall obey to scientific requirements and enable the production of a vast array of information that enhances the power of knowledge at the national, regional and international level.
The main articles shall be written in French an English including the summary of key words and abstracts. They are generally structured as following:
Introduction, final results or expectations, the analysis of the results induced or obtained the conclusion and the bibliographic references.
The bibliographic references shall be identical to those quoted in the body of the text-moreover, names of the author must be in parenthesis and ended with the year of the publication.
Foot notes are prohibites.
The articles to be released shall be approved by the committee board of journal ‘’ Revue Congolaise de Gestion’’ the articles shall remain the property rights of the review and it shall be forwarded to the editor (Roger Armand MAKANY, rcg@yahoo.fr) and/or issue to the editor in chief (Marcel MBALOULA, mbaloulam@yahoo.fr). However the author will be receiving a sample from the RCG board.
